Gold Kiwi Yoghurt Popsicles

What you need (serves 4 to 6)

8 very ripe yellow kiwifruit, peeled
2 tablespoons honey (or stevia)
200mls greek yoghurt

What you do

Slice two of the kiwifruit and place in the bottom of 8 popsicle moulds.
Add the remaining kiwifruit, honey, yoghurt and a quarter cup of water to a blender or food processor. Blend the mixture, but be careful not to over do it. The seeds can be bitter if crushed up.
Pour into moulds, then add sticks. Freeze overnight.
